Marketing and Expansion Session

Day 1 of the event is all about Marketing, Public Relations and Expansion Strategies. Learn proven strategies for the expansion of your diagnostic business; troubleshoot any challenges you have and get tips and help from other owners who have succeed in implementing those strategies. Financial & Exit Strategies Session

Day 2 (an owners & partners exclusive) is all about “Profit First” with HODS. This is a very interactive, workshop format day, where you will look at production numbers, financial KPIs including key industry ratios. Not only you will be able to calculate your own KPIs (real-time) but you will be able to compare them with national industry standards. Then you will hear about a step by step system on how to “Profit First” with HODS. Furthermore, two powerful exist strategies sessions will provide you with all the data you need for optimal practice exit.
